Copy paper that you get a Kinkos is usually 20lb bond, which equals 28lb cover or 75 gsm (grams per square meter).
Our Stationery is printed on 80lb cover, which equals 58lb bond or 218 gsm (grams per square meter).
Most brochures are usually on 100lb text, which equals 38lb bond or 140 gsm (grams per square meter).
So that gives you some frames of reference. The thing to remember is the paper weight tells you only the weight of the paper and does not account for the finish or actual thickness of the paper. Our high quality paper has a super smooth coated surface, a thickness of 8 points, and a brightness of 100.
It is not your everyday uncoated flimsy paper and we pride our self in a high quality product printed on a high quality paper. If you have any questions about paper, or paper weight please let us know. It does not even have to relate to stationery. We are here to help!
