It’s All in the Detail!

photo1We love designing here at Coyne and Pinckney.  I believe the design is always in the detail and is true of some of our favorite things.

For example, Southern Living is giving away a home in our own backyard! The Sugarberry Cottage is perfect in its attention to detail.  First, the tin roof and porch are essential for any Southern home and they are done well!

Gas Lanterns by the front door? Classic and Chic – I would love them lit for any holiday or party occasion! They have also utilized subway tile and bead board in a clean white color – two of my all time favorite architectural elements.  I love clean look of the the tile and the bead board and makes for a great palette for decorating any room.

But my favorite detail Southern Living included was the use of a locally made furniture by Seabrook Classics.

The best part, that we love, is that they are produced right here in the Lowcountry and stylish to boot.  Trust me, you will want your entire house in Seabrook Classics. They take great care to include fabulous details like pineapple finials, monogrammed headboards and benches designed for beach houses. Check it out!
